Job description
Overview

Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced Office & Facilities Cleaner to join the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team at our client’s Specialty Chemistry Company based in Ellesmere Port, CH65.

Your role will involve cleaning floors and work areas, as well as handling industrial equipment. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and within sensitive environments.

We are offering a Fixed Term Contract until October 2026, working 36 hours per week; Monday to Thursday: 11.30 am – 7 pm, Friday: 12noon - 6 pm, with the option to gain overtime to cover sickness and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning tasks include damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming and touchpoints.
  • Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, staff kitchens and dining areas
  • Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins, replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
  • Waste management – collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
Key Requirements
  • Transport is essential
  • Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
  • Prefer knowledge of COSHH, Chemicals and risk assessments.
  • Experience with buffer machine/scrubber dryer is an advantage
  • Experience with working to tight schedules.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Checkable references
