The Role:
As the Office Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, welcoming and efficient office environment. Reporting into the UK Office Experience Manager, you will manage daily operations, support employees and visitors, and help create a positive workplace experience. Your role will involve coordinating office services, maintaining supplies, and organizing events to foster a collaborative and engaging work culture.

As the Office Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and an enjoyable work environment. Your daily tasks will involve greeting visitors, managing office supplies, coordinating events, and liaising with vendors. You will also assist with employee onboarding, office maintenance, and general administrative duties, making sure the office is both functional and welcoming.
