Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Office Executive to join a growing audit and accountancy practice providing tailored tax and accounting services for businesses, self-employed professionals, and individuals with particular expertise in cloud-based solutions.

As an Office Executive you will be providing day-to-day support across the practice, ensuring smooth operations and assisting senior staff.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as a first point of contact with clients via telephone, email, and in person, greeting clients and preparing refreshments.
  • Client database management including the onboarding process for new clients, engagement letters and collection / filing of information.
  • Office management duties including records management, document scanning, handling incoming and outgoing post, and managing office replenishments.
  • Assisting with monitoring deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Liaising with HMRC and Companies House on administrative matters. Submission of accounts and tax returns to HMRC and Companies House.
  • Overseeing compliance documentation, including anti-money laundering checks and risk assessments.
  • Providing PA support to the Director.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Prior office experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • Confident IT user with the ability to adapt to different systems.
