Job Introduction

We are recruiting an Office Coordinator to join our Rapport team at our client's office in Cambridge. Our client is one of the biggest tech companies in the world, and this is a great opportunity to get involved in facilities, as well as coordination of the reception.

Type of contract:Full-time, Permanent

Hours:40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8 AM to 5 PM)

Main responsibilities

  • Performing day-to-day reception and admin duties
  • Liaising with vendors and assisting the teams permanently based in the building
  • Managing the meeting room bookings and visitor registration
  • Collaborating with the Facilities Coordinator with different facility-related tasks
  • Working closely with other service providers (i.e., security, cleaners) to maintain the building and service levels at a high standard
  • Taking on ad-hoc tasks outlined by your manager, the client and Facilities Coordinator
