Job Title: Office Coordinator

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Salary: £35,000

We are currently working with a Bury St Edmunds company, specialising in the Software industry, to source an experienced Office Coordinator to support their team on a full-time basis. As the office coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage travel budgets, timesheet approvals, and assist with travel bookings and expense claims.
  2. Oversee and manage all compliance documentation to ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and readiness for audits.
  3. Collaborate with the Finance Manager on billing and credit control.
  4. Oversee Google Workspace, provide basic IT support, and assist with Sales, Marketing, and HR tasks.
  5. Support team meetings, liaise with third-party vendors, and maintain competitor records.
  6. Handle software usage checks, supplier agreements, insurance administration, and general office duties.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills (Google Workspace, MS Office).
  3. Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge and attention to detail.
  4. Experience in HR support and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  5. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
