About the role

We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator who is passionate about creating an inspiring place to work. This key role involves working with our product teams to understand their needs and providing high-level support to help them deliver their work.

Responsibilities
  1. Providing administrative and office support for the Office Manager.
  2. Being the front-of-house: managing enquiries, phone calls, and emails professionally.
  3. Opening the office daily for early starters.
  4. Facilities management, including utilities, meeting rooms, kitchen, and suppliers.
  5. Contributing to a positive office culture and supporting events to celebrate occasions.
  6. Being the go-to person for office environment matters, collaborating with other roles for specialized responsibilities.
  7. Ensuring safety and security, including health and safety, CCTV, fire, and electrical safety.
Who we're looking for

This role is ideal if you:

  • Take pride in your work and service quality.

  • Have a positive, proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
  • Enjoy owning projects and seeing them through.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in an administrative office environment.
  • Are familiar with Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
Position details

Type: Permanent/part-time, 20-25 hours/week, 5 days/week, starting at 9 a.m.

Salary: Around £25k (FTE), depending on experience, plus benefits and profit share.
