About The Role

As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for setting the tone in greeting our clients, fostering relationships that fuel our success, ensuring the smooth running of our local office, and providing Sales & Lettings support and administration vital to closing deals for our customers. If you have an interest in administration, property, and delivering exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity to start your career with London’s leading estate agency.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, applicants, and contractors, shaping their first impression of our brand. Foxtons is a well-known London estate agency, so you will handle in-person and telephone inquiries from those looking to buy or rent in London.

Your responsibilities include maintaining a well-organized office environment, reporting maintenance issues, managing the key system, and ensuring marketing displays are current.

This role also offers insight into our Sales & Lettings teams. You will assist in preparing move-in and completion packs, registering applicants, booking valuations, and collecting compliance documents from vendors, landlords, and tenants to facilitate sales and lettings deals.

Career progression is extensive. You can advance within the Office Co-ordinator role or leverage your experience to move into other departments at Foxtons. The skills gained here will be highly valuable.
