Job description

About The Role

As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our clients, building relationships that support our success, ensuring the smooth operation of our local office, and providing essential Sales & Lettings support and administration to help us achieve the best deals for our customers. If you are interested in administration, property, and delivering exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity to start your career with London’s number 1.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, applicants, and contractors, shaping their first impression of our brand. Foxtons is the most recognizable London estate agency brand, so you will handle in-person and telephone enquiries from customers looking to buy or rent in London.

Your responsibilities include maintaining high standards within the office—ensuring a well-organized, tidy, and fully stocked workspace for colleagues, customers, and clients. You will report maintenance issues, manage the key system, and keep marketing displays up to date.

This role offers valuable insights into our Sales & Lettings teams. You will assist in preparing move-in packs for tenants and completion packs for buyers, register applicants, and book valuations. You will work closely with Sales & Lettings Managers to gather and source compliance documents from Vendors, Landlords, and prospective tenants to facilitate deal completion.

Career progression from this role is extensive. Whether advancing through the Office Co-ordinator pathway or transitioning into other departments at Foxtons, the skills gained here will be highly valuable.

We offer:
•£26,000 per annum, pro rata
•Comprehensive training & upskilling opportunities
•Unlimited career potential for driven individuals
•Networking and insight opportunities across the business
•Inclusion in Equity, Diversity & Inclusivity networks and social events
•Annual Christmas Party and team outings
•One paid day annually to volunteer for a charity
•Wellbeing package including sick pay, counselling helpline, Mental Health First Aiders, and coaching access

•Enhanced parental leave policies, including shared parental leave
•Pension scheme

About You

Your professionalism, organization, and communication skills will reflect Foxtons' commitment to excellent customer service. Attention to detail is crucial as you will handle clients’ property and personal information securely.

Collaborating across departments, you'll gain industry insights and build a strong network. We seek candidates with ambition, drive, and determination to succeed, and we are committed to supporting your growth.

About The Company

As London’s leading estate agency, our clients trust us because we deliver results. Our success is driven by our people, supported by top-tier training, innovative technology, and opportunities to work with industry leaders.

We are also committed to Corporate Social Responsibility. Our offices participate in community initiatives, provide LGBTQ+ safe spaces, support charitable water suppliers, and engage in local events. We encourage employees to volunteer, with many supporting our partner, Single Homeless Project, London’s largest homelessness charity, impacting over 10,000 Londoners across all boroughs.
