About The Role
As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for greeting clients, fostering relationships, ensuring the smooth running of our local office, and providing vital Sales & Lettings support and administration. You will be the first point of contact for clients, applicants, and contractors, shaping their first impression of our brand. You will handle in-person and telephone enquiries from customers looking to buy or rent in London.
Your responsibilities include maintaining a well-organized and stocked workspace, reporting maintenance issues, managing the key system, and updating marketing displays.
This role offers insights into our Sales & Lettings teams, including preparing move-in and completion packs, registering applicants, booking valuations, and sourcing compliance documents to facilitate deals.
