As an Office Co-ordinator at Foxtons, you will be the face of our prestigious café-style offices, representing one of London's leading estate agencies. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in administration and property to begin their careers.

Your responsibilities include engaging with a diverse range of people such as vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants. Due to Foxtons' reputation, you will also handle walk-in enquiries from customers interested in buying or renting properties. This dynamic environment is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills who wants to be a vital part of the team. You will work closely with front office managers to ensure smooth office operations.

About You

We seek candidates with strong organizational skills and a shared passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role provides a great introduction to the property industry while allowing you to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

No previous administration or reception experience is necessary, as full training and ongoing development will be provided. We value your willingness to learn and your commitment to doing the job well.
