About The Role
As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for greeting clients, fostering relationships, ensuring the smooth operation of our local office, and supporting Sales & Lettings administration to help us serve our customers effectively. You will be the first point of contact for clients, applicants, and contractors, shaping their first impression of our brand. You will handle in-person and telephone inquiries from customers looking to buy or rent in London.
Your duties include maintaining an organized and well-stocked workspace, reporting maintenance issues, managing the key system, and updating marketing displays regularly.
This role also offers insights into our Sales & Lettings teams. You will assist in preparing move-in and completion packs, registering applicants, booking valuations, and collecting compliance documents from vendors, landlords, and tenants to facilitate deals.
