Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Answering the office phone (main Expleo Tech line)
  • Collecting posts, scanning, and emailing to the addressees
  • Collecting and unpacking deliveries
  • Logging maintenance on the Office portal
  • Liaising with Kitt (external office management company)
  • Handling lunch and breakfast orders – induction days / Breakfast Club
  • Booking desks for new starters / registering them into the building
  • Assisting with preparing new starters' welcome boxes
  • Arranging couriers to collect leavers' equipment
  • Stock checks – stationary and branded merchandise
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks – laminating, printing, scanning, etc.
  • Assisting with events
  • Serving as First Aid and Fire Safety officer
  • Collaborating with the office admin team to support the wider business community for general and specific tasks as assigned by the Office Manager
Qualifications
Essential Skills
  • Supporting a demanding and dynamic team, including senior stakeholders
  • Exercising judgment in building relationships across all organisational levels and functions
  • Excellent communication skills (proficient in written and spoken English)
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the department
