Job description

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Office Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Facilities Management Cleaning Team based in Manchester Carrington M31.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff members and visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.

This will be a Permanent role of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, with an immediate start. Face-to-face interviews will be held on Thursday 14th & Friday, 15th August 2025

Who we're looking for

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning of internal & external communal areas including lobby, stairs, hallways & landings.
  • Ensuring courtyards, paths, carparks and bins are also cleaned which will involve litter picking.
  • Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings, sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces, including window sills within easy reach
  • Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
  • Cleaning staff facilities including kitchen area, toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
  • Deep, clinical and reactive cleaning as required
  • Report any required repairs or maintenance works

Key requirements will include :

  • Own Vehicle to get to the site
  • Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety
  • Good timekeeping and attendance are important
  • Ability to work to laid-down schedules.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
