Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking an Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, hygienic and welcoming office environment. You will clean.The role reports to the Company Accountant and requires flexibility for 15 hours per week.

Key duties include cleaning offices, meeting rooms and shared spaces, replenishing supplies, and adhering to COSHH and health & safety procedures. Prior cleaning experience is essential.

• Ability to follow health and safety procedures (COSHH)

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors and communal areas.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors as required.
• Dust and wipe down desks, surfaces, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• Clean and sanitise kitchens, staff facilities and other communal areas.
• Clean and maintain toilets and washrooms to a high standard of hygiene.
• Empty bins and replace bin liners as required.
• Replenish toilet, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
• Clean internal glass, doors and other surfaces as required.
• Report maintenance issues, damage, hazards or spillages to the appropriate person.
• Follow all company health and safety, COSHH and cleaning procedures.
• Carry out any other reasonable cleaning duties as required.

Role Overview:

The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe and welcoming environment throughout the office building. The successful candidate will ensure that all designated areas are cleaned to a consistently high standard and that cleaning duties are completed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
