Job summary

Arcus FM Limited in Belfast seeks a part-time Office Cleaner for a permanent 10-hour-per-week contract. The role pays £13.45 per hour with shifts on Tue 5:30–8:30pm, Wed 5:00–9:00pm, and Thu 5:30–8:30pm, with overtime available.

You will keep client offices clean and hygienic, follow health & safety rules, and report issues to the supervisor. Uniform provided; 28 days leave; pension and life cover offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning (preferred but not required as on the job training will be provided).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Good time management and reliability.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (standing, lifting, bending, etc).

Responsibilities

• Clean office areas, including desks, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors, and restrooms.
• Empty bins/clean fridges
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop hard floors.
• Wipe down and disinfect surfaces such as desks, countertops, and door handles.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as required.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow proper cleaning and health & safety procedures, including use of PPE and cleaning chemicals.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and maintained in good condition.

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our business, and we're looking to recruit a part-time Office Cleaner to join our team on a permanent 10-hour-per-week contract. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.45 and working hours of 5:30pm to 8:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 5:00pm to 9:00pm on Wednesdays. With overtime available.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping our customer's offices clean, safe and tidy, maintaining the highest standard of cleaning so that all areas are presentable, safe, and hygienic for employees, clients, and visitors.

What You'll Be Doing

Duties will consist of but are not limited to:

What We're Looking For
