We’re seeking aOffice Broker to join our growing Office Search team. In this client-facing role, you’ll support businesses in finding their ideal workspace, guiding them through viewings, negotiations, and decision-making processes. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in commercial real estate while developing valuable sales and relationship management skills.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Confident Communicator: Comfortable speaking with clients, presenting spaces, and building rapport.
• Commercial Real Estate Enthusiast: An interest in the property market and office leasing.
• Organised and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage schedules, follow up on leads, and keep documentation accurate.
• Negotiation Skills: Willing to learn how to negotiate lease terms in clients’ best interests.
• Sociable and Personable: A people-person who thrives on relationship building.
• Driven to Succeed: Motivated to meet targets and support team success.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Research and shortlist office spaces based on client needs.
• Arrange and attend office viewings with clients.
• Provide clients with insights on office spaces, local amenities, and leasing terms.
• Support lease negotiations alongside senior brokers.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, agents, and clients.
• Stay informed about market trends and new property listings.
