Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a Complex Care Nurse (office based) in Northampton to provide leadership and expert clinical care to adults and children in clients’ homes and community settings. The role requires strong nursing background, adaptability, and the ability to train care teams.

Office-based with some travel to clients, 0 hours bank style, Monday to Friday core availability with flexibility for unsocial hours to meet branch needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC PIN and active registration.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience including community or hospital settings.
• Experience in safeguarding adults and children recommended.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on clinical components of care delivery.
• Manage a client caseload and coordinate with MDTs.
• Provide training and supervision to non-registered staff.
• Drive clinical governance and quality improvement.
