Job description

Job Title: Office Administrator - Part Time
Location: Central London, Holborn
Remuneration: £33,000 - £35,000 (Pro-Rata)
Contract Details: Permanent, Part Time 3 days per week but can be flexible!


Responsibilities:
Join our vibrant team as an Office Administrator! You'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your tasks will include:



  • Booking transport and accommodations for national and international travel

  • Overseeing office management, including cleaning and maintenance

  • Supporting the CEO and COO with admin tasks

  • Organising company events for staff and clients

  • Managing the finance mailbox and processing invoices

  • ️ Maintaining stationery supplies and IT equipment

  • ️ Assisting HR with staff records and on-boarding

  • Greeting visitors and handling correspondence
