Job summary

GLF Schools is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our friendly administration team. The role supports across the school, handling front-desk duties, data entry, and general office tasks while liaising with parents and carers. Working Thursdays and Fridays 8:30am–3:30pm during term time, this permanent position offers a welcoming environment and opportunities for professional development within a values-driven trust.

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Office Assistant to join our friendly team on a part time, permanent basis.

Your Opportunity

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Part Time Office Assistant, to join our small and friendly school. This varied role will provide an opportunity to learn all aspects within the department. The successful candidate will have experience or training within an administrative role and should have excellent communication and organisational skills. It is important that you have a warm, caring and professional manner at all times, as you will be dealing face to face with parents and carers on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will work Thursday and Friday, from 8.30am - 3.30pm, term time only, this will be a job share opportunity.

The Details
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Salary: GLF Associate 2.1 - 16 - £24,751 - £26,282
  • Actual Salary: £7,610.33 - £8,081.07
  • Hours: 13 hours per week (Thursday and Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm (Term time only - 38.6 weeks))
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Closing Date: Tuesday 6th October at 9.30am
  • Interview Date: TBC
