My client, a rapidly growing boutique executive search firm specializing in human capital solutions and strategic research for investment management firms in the alternative investment space, is seeking an Office Assistant based in their London office.
The firm has offices in London, New York, and Dubai, with over a decade of experience working with prominent hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and private equity firms globally. It has expanded recently to include two new offices and multiple new practice arms.
The successful candidate will manage core office duties, support HR onboarding, and engage with stakeholders. They will collaborate with the Global Head of Operations to ensure smooth daily operations, manage service contracts, handle event management, and assist with executive diary and travel arrangements. Additionally, they will support early careers recruitment and coordination as the firm grows.
Ideal candidates will have 12-18 months of experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or EA, though the firm is open to junior candidates willing to learn. Strong organizational, communication, and IT skills are highly valued. The ability to integrate into the firm's culture is essential.
The salary range is £30,000 to £40,000 plus a performance-based bonus. The firm operates on an in-office model at their Mayfair location.
