Job Description:

Enthusiastic, energetic Office Assistant/Administrator required to join a successful Mayfair-based Property Development / Investment firm. You will be an integral part of the office, with significant scope for development. Join a friendly, sociable, and supportive team. Ideally, available to start immediately on a temporary to permanent basis.

Key duties include:

  • Being the first point of contact for clients visiting the office, ensuring meeting rooms are organized and prepared.
  • Managing inboxes and diary management.
  • Event coordination for internal team events, socials, and assisting with external client events.
  • Liaising with office suppliers and maintenance contractors (I.T. helpdesk, mobile providers).
  • If interested in property, opportunities to shadow the property development team.

Ideal candidate:

  • 1-2 years of office administration/reception experience within a professional office environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized and an enthusiastic team player.
  • A proactive 'can-do' work ethic.

This is a varied role with scope for progression within a friendly, professional team of over 50 staff.
