About the team

The Business Support team is here to ensure the smooth running of the office, providing seamless, effective, and proactive administrative support. We continually seek ways to make full use of technology to improve processes and efficiency, promoting agile ways of working and reducing reliance on paper.


About the role
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures, reporting back to the Office Manager.
  • Seek ways to utilize technology to improve processes and promote agile working, reducing paper reliance.
  • Develop effective working relationships with Partners and Managers to understand their needs and offer advice, solutions, and improvements.
  • Deliver exceptional front-of-house service.
  • Support day-to-day facilities operations, maintaining a clean, secure, and safe environment for staff and visitors.
  • Conduct Right to Work checks for new joiners and facilitate onboarding, including first day plans and office tours with health and safety in mind.
  • Provide basic IT troubleshooting, escalating issues to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Support switchboard operations.
  • Assist in organizing local office events in collaboration with the events team.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and courier services.
