C&C Search is currently recruiting an Office Administrator to work for a well-established charity based in Central London on a 13 month contract starting in December.

Position: Administrator – 13 month FTC

Salary: To £28000

Hybrid setup: 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home

About the team

Company culture and what makes them great to work for: Supporting an extremely busy team, you will need high energy and be a fast worker. This team is passionate about what they do, hardworking, fun and generous with their time. You will be an integral member of the team providing administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Office administration, managing the inbox, co-ordinating meeting rooms and supporting events including travel arrangements
  • Acting as point of contact for all contracts – travel provider, telephone and IT
  • Supporting HR with health and safety, CRM management, some finance administration and covering the PA to the CEO
Qualifications
  • Proven experience of a variety of administrative tasks, and some HR administration is desirable
  • Passionate about working for a charity, ability to work with minimal supervision and enjoy bringing ideas and making improvements
  • Able to commit to a contract starting in December 2025 for 13 months
