Office Assistant - International - FTC - 12 months maternity cover

Salary: £23,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Head Office, Leicester or London

Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

Your role

Join us at an exciting time of growth! We seek a proactive and highly organized Office Assistant to support our Overseas Director, Head of Sales, and Head of Business Development. You will manage diaries, coordinate UK and international travel, liaise with suppliers worldwide, handle expenses, and prepare travel documentation. Your attention to detail will be crucial in pre-booking hotels, coordinating group flights, and managing itineraries.

You will also support the wider team as needed and adapt to busier periods with flexibility.

About you

We need a skilled Office Assistant to ensure smooth operations within our Senior Management team. Proficiency in electronic diary management, PC systems, and handling sensitive information confidentially is essential. You should be able to operate efficiently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and support senior management effectively.
