Part time, Permanent Northampton £12.11 per hour Ref No: IPRS7225

Our client operates within professional services and has a permanent vacancy for an Office Assistant. This is a part-time role, Office-Based – 11.45am to 3.45pm Monday to Friday. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our busy team, ensuring unparalleled levels of client service. This means that you must be able to handle pressure and be able to prioritise your daily workload.

Key Responsibilities of this role:
  1. Collecting & opening the incoming DX mail
  2. Opening of the Royal Mail
  3. Scanning of post
  4. Delivering the outgoing DX mail in the afternoon
  5. Franking of the Royal Mail in the afternoon
  6. Front of house cover duties to include answering the switchboard, meeting & greeting clients & making refreshments
  7. Office administrator tasks to include but not limited to - photocopying, filing, scanning, hand delivery of local mail
  8. Keep the meeting rooms and open plan offices tidy
Requirements of this role:
  1. Experience in an office-based reception and administration role
  2. Professional and attentive telephone manner, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
  3. Capability to handle pressure and effectively prioritise tasks whilst managing your workload
  4. Car owner/driver
