Join our Halfords Mobile Expert team and help prepare our hubs for the day ahead. Within this role you will take inbound calls from our technicians on the road, which can include queries, appointment rescheduling and processing refunds. You will also process paperwork, invoicing and general admin responsibilities.

The role is for 4 hours on each day, 10am-2pm Monday-Friday.

Ideally you'll have experience in this role or a role similar.

Inbound call experience.

Full UK driving licence.
