Office Assistant – Financial Services

We are looking for an energetic and hard working Office Assistant to join a leading financial services firm based in London’s West End. This full-time role offers a salary between £30–32k, with office hours from 8am to 6pm, and nice benefits. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who is looking to provide key administrative support and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office
  2. Answering and professionally directing calls
  3. Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock is maintained and organised
  4. Overseeing office facilities to maintain a clean and efficient workspace
  5. Handling basic office correspondence, filing, and documentation
  6. Assisting with event coordination and other office-related activities
  7. Processing expenses and assisting with invoicing
  8. Supporting ad-hoc requests from the team
WHO YOU ARE

This role is perfect for a proactive, energetic individual with ideally a year of experience in a similar office assistant or administrative role. You will have:

  1. Ideally 1+ years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  4. Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  5. High energy, positive attitude, and attention to detail
  6. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  7. A professional appearance and attitude
