Job description

We are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join our Real Estate team (Future Energy Planning and Environment) in Bristol. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role.

Your Role
  1. Filing at regular intervals
  2. Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks and actions delegated by the team supervisor
  3. Providing telephone support and handling client queries in fee earners' absence
  4. Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
  5. File closing
