Casa Londra Ltd, a real estate agency specializing in assisting Italian clients in the London real estate market, is looking for a motivated and organized Office and Team Assistant to support our dynamic team.
What you will do:
Daily management of office activities: emails, phone calls, documents
Administrative support to the Lettings and Property Management team
Coordination of appointments and management of agendas and property visits
Welcoming clients and office management
Requirements:
Native Italian speaker or equivalent level
Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role (preferred, but not essential)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good command of the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude, team spirit and proactivity
