Office and Fleet Administrator
Pay rate: £13 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (35 hours per week)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm


About the Role
A well-established Tier 1 contractor working on major UK infrastructure projects is looking to appoint a highly organised Office and Fleet Administrator. With a strong presence in sectors such as rail, rope access, water safety, and environmental management, this company continues to grow and is offering a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a long-term, stable position in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • General office administration, answering phone and dealing with queries.
  • Responsible for the department fleet and booking in services, MOT etc.
  • Completing all periodic HSE checks.
  • Logging and processing of subcontractors, timesheets, hotel bookings.
  • Logging employee timesheets, overtime and admin onto the company's various portals.
  • Data entry and processing of information.
  • Raising Purchase Orders and procurement.
  • All other business support and operational administration and adhoc duties as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a fleet or transport administration role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Experience in the rail or construction sector is desirable
