Finance and Office Administrator

Eaton Syalon is partnering exclusively with a Castle Donington-based business to recruit an experienced Finance and Office Administrator on a permanent basis. You will be joining a close-knit team that values honesty, hard work, and a good sense of humour. They are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to assist with Purchase Ledger and general transactional duties. Additionally, the role involves general administration and creating social media content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing all supplier invoices and ensuring nominal coding in Sage is correct
  • Digitally filing all supplier invoices in Sage
  • Managing finance emails accordingly
  • Reconciliation and verification of Credit Card Statements
  • Providing administrative support for the Health & Safety Manager
  • Creating and publishing social media content for engagement
  • Undertaking other roles periodically as required by the Finance Director

Person Profile:

  • Previous experience in finance and administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A passion for social media
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support a small team
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate closely with others
  • Enjoys working in a small team
