We are working with a prestigious Property Management company that manages prime residential real estate in London. They are dedicated to providing bespoke property management services, ensuring clients' properties are managed to the highest standards.

Role Overview

They are recruiting a passionate and detail-oriented Accounts/Office Assistant to join their growing team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient accounting and office management services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for invoice and accounts queries.
  2. Assist with accounts receivable and payable.
  3. Handle service charge billing and recharges for leaseholders.
  4. Manage invoice processes to meet monthly targets.
  5. Onboard new clients, suppliers, staff, and consultants.
  6. Support the Head of Operations by collating information for monthly Board Meetings.
  7. Review expenses and prepare spreadsheets.
  8. Answer phone calls and greet clients.
  9. Perform general office duties and assist with marketing and events.
  10. Provide support to team members as needed.

Essential Requirements

  1. Proven track record of delivering outstanding service in a high-pressure setting.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in an admin role, dealing with invoices and POs.
  3. Minimum 2 years' experience in an office environment.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  6. Proficiency in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Details

  1. Salary of £25,000 - £30,000, based on experience.
  2. Daily commuting travel expenses (negotiable) from home to office.
  3. Overtime paid if required.
  4. Mobile phone allowance.
  5. Opportunity to work from home approximately one day per week.
