Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute office acquisitions and disposals for owners and occupiers across the South West.
• Deliver high-level strategic advice to institutional clients and major stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency pipeline.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-service revenue streams.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to clients, colleagues, and partners.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• MRICS-qualified with at least 5+ years post-qualification experience in office agency.
• Proven track record of delivering high-value office transactions.
