Russell Taylor Group are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator & Sales Support professional to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team. This dual-role position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while providing support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
• Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery schedules, and product availability
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales orders, quotations, and customer correspondence
• Setting up new supplier accounts
• Assist in the processing of sales orders, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately
• Maintain customer records on their system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Manage general office operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a point of contact for any issues
• General administration
The candidate:
• Previous experience in an administration role
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy in application of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
