Overview

Are you highly organised, confident on the phone, and experienced with spreadsheets? We’re looking for a reliable Office Administrator to join our team and be the first point of contact for tenant repair and maintenance queries.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from tenants regarding property issues
  • Log and update maintenance requests in a coherent spreadsheet/database
  • Assess and determine the appropriate contractor/trade (e.g. plumbing, electrical, gas, general repairs)
  • Liaise with contractors to obtain quotes, assign jobs, and book appointments
  • Monitor and maintain schedules for key compliance tasks, such as gas safety certificates and electrical checks
  • Ensure all relevant records are kept up to date and organised
  • Provide regular updates to management on outstanding jobs and priorities
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Ability to assess situations and make decisions independently
  • Experience liaising with contractors or coordinating maintenance is a plus
  • Professional and courteous manner when dealing with tenants
