Priory School in Lewes, East Sussex is seeking a temporary, part-time Office Administrator to provide reception duties and general administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for parents, agencies and visitors, and you will manage correspondence and run basic administrative tasks.
The role requires 21 hours per week during term time, with specific patterns Mon/Thu 13.15–16.00, Wed 08.00–16.00 and Tue/Fri 12.00–16.00.

Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39weeks per year plus6.05weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

The key tasks include:
The term time hours of work are 21 hours a week to be worked; Mondays and Thursdays, 13.15 to 16.00, Wednesdays, 08.00 to 16.00 and Tuesdays and Fridays, 12.00 to 16.00.
The actual yearly term time salary is £12,349 to £12,544(based onSingle Status Grade 4, points 9 to 10, £25,185 to £25,583, working 39 weeks a year, 45.05 paid weeks)
