Job Responsibility:
We are currently inviting applications from reliable, dedicated candidates for a 12-month fixed-term position as an Office Administrator (Post Room).

Applicants will ideally have had some previous experience working in a mail-room/post-room environment and will be required to be efficient and effective when dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, DX, parcels, and other deliveries. The role will also involve covering for the Reception desk/switchboard and supporting the general office with a range of admin tasks, including photocopying/scanning documents, making up legal files, archiving, handling stationery orders and stocks, audio typing, and other ad hoc duties.

You will need to have a friendly, outgoing personality and a pleasant, professional telephone manner, coupled with a genuine desire to meet strict daily and weekly deadlines. Good keyboard skills, a well-organised, self-starting approach to work, and a willingness to learn new skills will also be key attributes.
