Job Description:

This is a maternity cover position for a generalist office administrator at Evox Therapeutics. The successful candidate will handle various administrative tasks, including booking travel for senior leadership, organizing training days and meetings, and arranging refreshments. The role involves working closely with the Operations team and supporting the People and Culture team and the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and external vendors to organize refreshments for meetings.
  • Arrange taxis for visitors as needed.
  • Work with the corporate travel system to book travel for employees.
  • Purchase goods and services following company policies.
  • Manage conference bookings and event attendance.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and refreshments.
  • Assist with Health and Safety processes, including training and maintenance scheduling.
  • Greet visitors, handle parcels, and answer calls at reception.
  • Administer employee benefits platforms such as Private Health and Life Assurance.
  • Maintain HR information and applicant tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance to manage monthly payroll.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions.
  • Assist the CEO with diary management and ad hoc tasks.
Person Specification:

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Experience in the biotech industry is desirable.
  • Experience with the Corporate Traveller system is a plus.
