Job Description:

Wold and White Rose Farms are a growing business specialising in the production of Red Tractor and RSPCA assured pigs. We are part of industry leading food producer Cranswick plc and are dedicated to ensuring high standards of animal welfare and production are met.

We are looking for an experience administrator to effectively & efficiently complete administrative duties and provide wider support to the office manager and admin team.

This is a fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

Working hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

This position is office based.

Key responsibilities within this role would include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily Wold feed ordering – taking calls, placing orders, day to day feed admin.
  • Monitoring ration changes and helping farms manage feed levels.
  • Assist with weekly stock sheets and weekly planning trackers.
  • Assist with the management of the Quor farms system in relation to databases and processes.
  • Contribute to KPIs in quality and customer service.
  • Support the team with holiday cover.

  • Experience within an administrative/office position is advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritise and complete tasks fully with strong attention to detail is a must.
  • You must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
