Office Administrator

We are excited to be working with our successful, award-winning client who is seeking an Office Administrator with an interest in social media platforms to join their team. This established company is looking for a motivated individual to support the senior management team with various administrative tasks.

Role Overview:

The Office Administrator will the senior management team with a variety of administrative responsibilities. This dynamic position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing and managing business documents.

* Assisting with financial tasks, including raising invoices and updating customer information in Xero (training provided).

* Managing social media activity (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) using Canva (training provided).

* Communicating professionally with High-Net-Worth clients by phone and email.

* Performing general administrative duties, including printing and filing.

Candidate Profile:

* Polished, articulate, and professional demeanor.

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.

* Strong written and verbal communication.

* Collaborative and eager to learn within a team environment.

* Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 P/A depending on experience

Hours : 8:30am to 5:30pm - Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:00pm - Friday
