You will cover a varied range of office administration and receptionist tasks for our Ipswich office. You will be key in ensuring the office is maintained and remains a safe working environment whilst providing excellent customer service. A significant portion of the role will be physical (e.g., lifting, unpacking, etc.).
You will manage your own workload and support colleagues, ensuring the office space is operational for all. If you are an organized person who enjoys supporting others, then this could be the role for you!
This is a part-time role, 15 hours a week, ideally split equally between Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. It is a fixed-term contract for 13 months starting from 9th June, based at the Ipswich office.
