Location: Billingshurst, West Sussex

Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00)

Salary: 26 - 28K

An independent, specialist equine veterinary practice dedicated to the highest level of care for competition horses in the UK and internationally. We are seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team and support the smooth running of our busy practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with veterinary staff and clients
  • Processing invoices, payments, and insurance claim paperwork
  • Maintaining accurate digital and paper records
  • Assisting with stock ordering and office supplies
  • Supporting the wider veterinary team with day-to-day administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent telephone and written manner
  • Comfortable with IT systems and quick to learn new software
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in administration or customer service is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided
