Barricade Pest Control is a trusted, family-run business based in Edinburgh, providing honest and reliable pest control services for both domestic and commercial clients.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative to join our small, dedicated team.

Our office team is committed to delivering premium customer service, ensuring every client receives a personal touch. Unlike companies that use call centres, we believe it’s important for our clients to speak directly with a member of our team, so they feel supported and in safe hands from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who is well-organised, a strong team player, and able to manage a range of tasks while meeting deadlines. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for working with both our team and clients.
