Details:
  • Salary: Dependent on experience
  • Location: Barnes
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, in-office full-time
Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile documents for 'New Instructions' and upload to internal system.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, Sales, and Lettings Managers and their teams.
  • Update and maintain the company website, portals, newspapers, magazines, and window displays.
  • Maintain the office appearance, filing systems, and monitor stationery supplies.
  • Produce and order brochures, window cards, and leaflets.
  • Draft letters and general correspondence for customers and clients.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing post.
  • Handle basic customer queries during busy periods.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Well-spoken with excellent English language skills.
  • Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritize and organize workload.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, including proofreading, spell checking, and formatting.
  • Smartly presented and efficient.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
