Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel, ensuring financial records are up to date.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficient in using computerised systems, including Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
