Office Administrator

36 hours a week
Monday to Friday starting at 8.30am

All Saints’ is a one form entry Church of England Nursery and Primary school, which serves our diverse community. All Saints’ school is a positive place to work with a flourishing community. We are friendly and welcoming and all work together.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting and varied role for someone with a good level of organisational, IT and administrative skills.

The successful candidate will carry out general administration to support the school and will be the first point of contact for visits, parents, staff and children. We expect that the suitable candidate will be able to represent the School in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

You should:

Have experience in administrative work and be able to use various Microsoft Office Packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Are highly organised and proactive and are passionate to help others.

Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills as this role provides a crucial first point of contact for staff, students and parents.

Be able to work flexibly and prioritise workload, be calm under pressure and uphold a professional and friendly manner at all times.

Be in sympathy with the ethos of a Church of England school.

Are a committed and enthusiastic team player.

We can offer you:

School Unified Reward pay scale - Grade C Barnet Unified Reward £30,630 - £31,074 FTE depending on experience (full time salary 36 hours per week would be £26,941 - £27,331 per annum).
