Overview

Our excellent client in Tetbury (commutable from Stroud/Cirencester) is looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join their growing and super friendly team as an Administrator on a part time, permanent basis. Full training provided on role and company systems.

Role details

This is a part time in-office role, ideally to be worked as x5 short shifts spread between Monday to Friday, totalling 25h per week. Flexible on exact start and finish times, therefore this role could work within a school run if desired.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise between technicians and customers to arrange required work on customer premises.
  • Communicate directly with customers via phone and email, handling quotes, invoices, credit card payments, and resolving queries.
  • Coordinate daily work schedules by liaising with customers and technicians, booking jobs across the UK to fit both parties' schedules.
  • Produce detailed worksheets for technicians, ensuring job requirements and schedules are accurately documented, including journey times and job durations.
  • Respond quickly to job cancellations or unexpected changes, reorganising plans as necessary.
  • Create certificates and reports for customers after job completion, based on requests.
  • Book out parts for invoicing and ensure accurate stock record-keeping.
  • Ah-hoc administrative tasks such as data entry, system updates, updating company system and spreadsheets up to date.

Hours

25h per week, Monday – Friday. Ideal hours to be短 short shifts spread across x5 days in office (e.g. school hours). All hours to be worked in-office.

Salary & Benefits
  • Up to £26,000 pro rata + benefits including
  • 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) including bank holidays plus an extra day for your birthday, increasing with length of service up to 33 days a year.
