Danielle Ward Recruitment is a highly successful specialist agency based in Cheadle Hulme, specialising in roles for the Fashion, Textiles, lifestyle, and Homeware industries. We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our growing team, on a 12-month placement.

The Office Administrator will provide assistance to Recruitment Consultants, and responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the Recruitment consultants
  • Answering the phone, directing calls, and taking messages
  • Managing & updating the database
  • Assisting with updating our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Preparing CVs using Microsoft Word
  • Arranging interviews
  • Posting new jobs on the job boards
  • General office maintenance and admin duties

The Office Administrator must be highly motivated with excellent organisation and communication skills. We are a positive, friendly office environment where hard work is rewarded.
