TAY Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a permanent role with a well-established national company based in Worcester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update trackers and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate between offices and update clients on job statuses
  • Accurately record and follow up on incoming work requests
  • Manage multiple inboxes and report to management
  • Use software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Sage to produce documents and maintain databases
  • Devise and maintain office systems and databases
  • Liaise with internal departments and external contacts
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in Construction or Engineering Administration preferred
  • Proficiency in Sage (ideally Sage 200), Eque2, or Evision
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good understanding of invoicing and purchase order processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
