We are looking for a highly organised and approachable Office Administrator to join our friendly school office team on a permanent basis (36 hours per week). In this varied and rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and pupils, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth day-to-day running of the front office. You will provide high-quality administrative support to staff and the senior leadership team, manage school communications, maintain accurate records using key systems such as Bromcom, ParentPay, and Microsoft Office, and play an active role in supporting pupil admissions, first aid, and general office duties.
